Return Procedure

Send your product with a brief description back to the address below complete with a legible return address. No prior authorization is needed. We recommend you ship your return via a carrier that offers tracking capabilities. You must pay the shipping or freight charges to us. We will perform a diagnostic bench check to test your item. If the returned item “tests good” it will be returned to you. Otherwise, your product will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to you. There is a nominal labor charge. All parts are free* during the warranty period.

Please remove collar, probes and batteries from the receiver before shipping it. For sanitary reasons we will not service receivers sent to us attached to nylon strap collars and the product will be returned to you as is. * Note: Products damaged by abuse (dog chewed) negligence or lightning surge (transmitter and plug-in) are not covered under terms of warranty.

Please enclose $25 labor fee (SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE) for labor diagnostic bench check and $5 for shipping and handling. Allow 10-14 days business days from date we receive your items. We are not responsible for your products shipped without tracking capabilities.
